Justin Baldoni broke his social media hiatus to celebrate his 12th wedding anniversary with his wife, Emily Baldoni, amid his legal battle with Blake Lively.
The “Jane the Virgin” alum took to Instagram over the weekend to share a throwback photo from his and Emily’s wedding, which took place on July 27, 2013.
“I’d marry you again and again and again and again…,” Justin, 41, captioned the post. “Happy anniversary my love. T W E L V E. ❤️.”
Emily, 40, also celebrated their big day on her respective page, sharing a photo of her and her beau kissing.
“T W E L V E. Still madly in love with you ❤️ 🌸👑,” the Swedish actress captioned the post, adding that the snap was taken by their 9-year-old daughter, Maiya. (The two are also parents to son Maxwell, 7.)
The anniversary post was the first time Justin had been active on his Instagram in months.
The “Man Enough: Undefining My Masculinity” author last posted on his account in May, when he celebrated Emily and his mom, Sharon Baldoni, for Mother’s Day.
Justin’s social media hiatus comes as his legal battle with Lively continues to play out.
Their drama kicked off last December when the “Another Simple Favor” actress, 37, filed a lawsuit against Justin, accusing him of sexually harassing her on the set of their 2024 film, “It Ends With Us.”
The “Five Feet Apart” director denied Lively’s claims and, in January, filed a $400 million suit against her, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane, alleging defamation, extortion and more.
Last month, their case took a shocking turn when a judge dismissed Justin’s $400 million defamation lawsuit against Lively, her husband and their publicist.
Despite the dismissal, Justin’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, told Page Six that the court is allowing the actor to “amend four out of the seven claims against Ms. Lively, which will showcase additional evidence and refined allegations.”
Freedman also said last month that they will focus on defending Justin against Lively’s sexual harassment claims.
The “Gossip Girl” alum will be deposed by Justin’s attorneys on Thursday.
