US President Donald Trump has added a striking bronze statue to the Oval Office, showing the dramatic moment after the attempted assassination during his 2024 campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The sculpture, seen on Friday beside the Resolute Desk as Trump signed executive orders, shows Trump with a raised fist, just after a bullet grazed his ear.

The statue, which appeared to be 12 inches tall, shows the dramatic moment when then-candidate Donald Trump was quickly escorted offstage by three Secret Service agents — one of whom is now the agency’s director, Sean Curran, after gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire from a rooftop near the Butler Farm Show Grounds on July 13.

Instead of leaving the stage immediately, Trump turned back to the crowd, raised a clenched fist, and shouted “Fight! Fight! Fight!” as blood ran down his face. That image quickly went viral online and became a powerful symbol for his campaign.

The White House shared a photo of the statue on X (formerly Twitter), writing “FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! Spotted in the Oval Office.”

The sculpture, believed to be a work by artist Stan Watts, is dark bronze with a muted American flag draped behind. It may be a smaller version of a planned nine-foot-tall statue honoring Trump’s resilience and leadership.

Watts is also known for creating statues of American figures like Martin Luther King Jr., Benjamin Franklin, and 9/11 firefighters.

This is not the only artwork related to the event. A painting of Trump’s bloodied face and raised fist also hangs in the White House, while Barack Obama’s portrait remains on display in the Entrance Hall overlooking FDR’s grand piano.
