The controversy surrounding Andy Byron and his alleged affair with the chief people’s office, Kristin Cabot, has taken another emotional turn after two messages which allegedly came from Byron’s wife surfaced on the internet. After staying silent for days following a viral video of her husband, Andy, cuddling Kristin in an intimate moment on the kiss cam in a Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium, the new statement has become a subject of discussion.
Megan Kerrigan shares two alleged messages to address the kiss cam scandal
After the video, which captured Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot, went viral on social media, it immediately led to criticism and speculation about Andy’s marriage. Megan, who initially remained silent, reportedly dropped “Byron” from her social handles and deactivated her Facebook account, prompting public concern about her well-being. However, surprisingly, a new Facebook page under the name “Megan Byron” began circulating online. It reportedly read:
He was the husband I was proud, the father—the children respected most his betrayal not only a trampling of my personal dignity, its a betrayal of our entire family. I have decided to leave him. I cannot tolerate sharing a bed with a man who has betrayed me. It’s utterly disgusting at the same time I don’t want my children to have face a father every day who doesn’t truly value them. I will take my children and leave this repulsive man behind.”
However, that statement has not been posted on any verified account, and its authenticity remains in question. Another message from an account under Megan’s name, which is now described as a ‘digital creator’, shared a heartfelt message on July 20 which she requested that she needs space to deal with everything that took place and shook her world. The statement read:
“I know I’ve been quiet about the whole thing. And I disappeared, got my account deactivated because honestly… I was overwhelmed. The betrayal wasn’t just personal; it was public. The whispers, the DMs, the posts, the pity… it all felt like too much. I needed silence. I needed space. I needed to breathe.”
Although neither of the messages is confirmed to be here, also, Megan didn’t mention her husband directly or confirm any decisions about their relationship. Her alleged words showcased that she is trying to deal with the public scrutiny. She thanked people for their unexpected support, saying:
“The love you’ve shown is something I never expected. I want to assure you all that I am fine and well. I won’t be speaking on the situation publicly just yet, not until the time is right and I’m told it’s okay to do so.”

Andy Byron lives in New York with his wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron and their two kids. She is an educator at the Bancroft School in Massachusetts, where she offers support to children with learning differences, reported Financial Express. There is no additional information about his children, and immediately after the controversy, Megan removed her family pictures and ‘Bryan’ surname from her Facebook handle. The remaining details about the family were deleted from the internet when the netizens swarmed it with posts about Andy’s alleged affair. Amid all this, some internet users sent Megan messages of support along with suggestions for
separation.
Meanwhile, Andy Byron has resigned from his post as the CEO of Astronomer and it will be important to see if his wife confirms any of these statements.
