    Some of the biggest pro athletes will fill the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles Wednesday night at the 2025 ESPY (Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly) Awards.

    Comedian Shane Gillis will host the 33rd annual sports awards ceremony, which airs live on ABC and will livestream on ESPN+. The nominees include the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Shohei Ohtani and Freddie Freeman, gymnast Simone Biles, rugby player Ilona Maher, Indiana Fever’s Caitlin Clark and many others; see the full list here.

    How to Watch the 2025 ESPY Awards Online Without Cable

    The 2025 ESPYs air live on ABC on Wednesday, July 16, starting at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET. You can watch the sports awards show live on any TV streaming service that offers ABC or livestream on ESPN+.
