Los Angeles rapper and producer Duckwrth has toured with Billie Eilish and collaborated with Shaboozey, but putting out his new album is maybe the most stressful thing he’s ever done.

All American F*ckboy is a super honest, vulnerable and confessional record that Duckwrth was nervous to even put out.

“It’s just like it’s nerve-wracking,” he says. “Because I’m putting all my internal work out there to be judged — something that I’m still not over; something I’m still working through.”

In this session, Duckwrth talks about what it was like exploring his darker side through an alter ego he created named “Vice.”

“Vice is like if a truth serum was injected in me, you know — all the things that I would never ever say to save face, like, what would those things be that are circulating in my mind,” he says.
