We need bold compensation models,” he noted.Asher O, MD, India Operations, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, traced the company’s journey from distributing 1,000 meals post-COVID to sustaining pan-India food outreach. “It’s everyone’s right to be fed,” he said.The panel also touched upon urban delusions around organic farming, the overlooked contributions of tribal farmers, and the role of technology in empowering rural communities.
