I don’t know about you, but this summer I’m not exactly traipsing through the cobblestoned streets of Europe or jetting off to a far-flung, tropical locale. No, I am seeking respite from New York’s inescapable humidity by sitting directly in front of my window unit (take that Europe!). Still, while I may not be going anywhere particularly exciting in the near future, I still have a strong appreciation for vacation style. Luckily, some of our most fashionable celebrities are filling the void.

Swimwear-as-clothing has become a summer staple, as Hailey Bieber and Kylie Jenner can attest. In Mallorca, Bieber wore a custom lemon-yellow Pucci set, matching her trendy capris to her bikini. Meanwhile Jenner waded into the Saint-Tropez waters wearing a white cutout dress from Isabel Marant.

Stylish cover-ups are also doing a lot of heavy lifting this season, with Kendall Jenner, Margot Robbie, and Dakota Johnson all rubber-stamping the look. Kendall joined her sister in the sea wearing sheer polka-dot mini from Susamusa over a black bikini. Johnson, meanwhile, mastered boho-chic in her sheer lace dress and chunky necklaces while vacationing with Kate Hudson.

We can always, of course, count on our vacanza queen Dua Lipa to show us how to rock an unexpected item. While in Paris, she modeled jeans for summer in a pair of straight-legged pants, which she paired with a breezy button-up, only held together by one button. And earlier this year she visited Bondi Beach in a pair of Margiela Tabi ballerina flats and a Stella McCartney tank top.
