- “Summerland”
- “Are You Mine?”
For years, Kim Deal‘s vocals and bass-playing were an instrumental part of the legendary alt-rock band Pixies. Then she carved her own path in The Breeders. It’s hard to believe that, up until last year, Deal had never released a solo album.
Nobody Loves You More collects songs written over a 10-year stretch, each dealing with different moments in her life, from the winter vacations with her parents in the Florida Keys to her mother’s dementia.
This session was recorded live at Greenwich Village, exclusively for World Cafe. Enjoy!
