Top New Arrivals to Shop From Skims’ Summer Collection

Summer has landed. To be fair, May is still a spring month, but we’re all too eager to tap into the joie de vivre associated with the season’s hotter, sexier older sibling, and there’s no better way to do that than by shopping Skims’ fresh drop of summer staples. Those familiar with the Kim K–helmed brand know that something is always happening in its universe (just a few weeks ago, Skims soft-launched its buzzy Bi-Annual Sale with deals of up to 50 percent off on body-hugging classics). Now, the Summer Collection is blessing us with never-before-seen minidresses, strapless bodysuits for festival season, and new colorways of known-and-loved best-sellers like the Fits Everybody T-Shirt — making it fine time to hit the refresh button on your wardrobe.

One of the standouts that we’re particularly excited about from the drop is the introduction of the Smooth Layers Halter Top, featuring a curvilinear, vintage-inspired neckline and an interior shelf bra that supports all bra sizes. The Smooth Layers Strapless Bodysuit, too, is something we already envision pairing so well with mid-rise denim shorts, a favorite pair of cowboy boots, and a cropped moto jacket for when that evening breeze hits: a pitch-perfect ensemble to wear to Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” tour, drinks with friends, and beyond. For a sheer moment, turn to the brand-new Ultra Fine Mesh Brief Bodysuit, whose scoop neck and wrap tie will elevate your beach vacation’s OOTD pictures. The Fits Everybody T-Shirt Bra, meanwhile, gets an update in this collection via the light pink Desert Clay shade that functions as a more exciting neutral than its beige counterparts.

All of these developments are making us crave a summer vacation, stat, but they’re not a surprise in the least, seeing as how Skims has been cooking up a ton of new launches in the past couple of months. Two major ones include the 2025 Wedding Shop — which went viral thanks to campaign stars and IRL fiancées Patrick Schwarzenegger and Abby Champion — as well as the Skims Swim collection, both of which you can still shop today even if you don’t plan on getting a ring or diving into a pool anytime soon.

But it’s not too early to start planning what you’ll wear over the next few months, whether weekending in your hometown or on the Euro Summer trip that finally made it out of the group chat. And, luckily for all of us, Skims has plenty of warm-weather options to choose from, no matter what your summer 2025 looks like. Stumped on what to grab? Skims Fits Everybody T-Shirt Bra

You’re probably already on a first-name basis with Skims’ Fits Everybody T-Shirt Bra: a closet staple whose custom-fit stretch technology and second-skin fabric makes it unlike any other underwire-equipped bra on the market. To liven things up, Skims rolled out the bra’s latest hue: a peachy pink that you can wear under sheer tops of a darker color and literally every other clothing item you own. Pastels are hot right now, and this bra is right there to meet the fashion moment.

Editor testing and review notes: “I’m typically most comfortable in wireless bras, however, this is one of the few underwire bras I can wear for a full day without wanting to rip it off by the time I’m home. The underwire feels flexible, not stiff, almost like it moves with you rather than feeling like a corset on my chest. Even after washing and drying it, it fits true to size.” — Contributing Fashion and Beauty Shopping Editor Claire Sullivan

Skims Smooth Layers Plunge Halter Midi Dress

Ready to turn every head on the street every time you step outside? Invest in this red hot new dress featuring a midi hemline, plunging neckline, and low back perfect for showing off your new tan. It’s just the thing to wear to cocktail hour in a tropical destination after lounging on the beach all day, and we recommend accessorizing with mule sandals and gold accessories to make the dress even chicer.

Skims Fits Everybody Square Neck Bodysuit

Another top hit from Skims, this bodysuit will be a go-to pairing with everything from midi skirts to jeans and cutoff denim shorts. Part of Skims’ Desert Clay arrivals, it benefits not only from a joy-inspiring yet soothing color but also a statement-making square neck, an indulgently soft material, and a thong back that will remain in “incognito mode” under clothes. Almost like your one-piece swimsuit of choice for the season, but better.

Editor testing and review notes: “I spotted a friend wearing this bodysuit with low-rise baggy jeans and sneakers, and I knew I had to have it. The square cut is modern and not too revealing, and the low back adds some edge. That latter aspect doesn’t allow you to wear a bra with it, but those with a small chest won’t need one due to the fabric’s shaping abilities.” — Sullivan

    Skims Fits Everybody Cami

Every girl needs a cami best friend or however the saying goes. This summer, channel the street style of A-listers like Bella Hadid and Olivia Rodrigo by wearing this itty-bitty camisole with a coquettish bubble skirt or wide-leg jeans for a dose of proportion play. In the new color Truffle, it will compliment any skin tone whilst offering light support courtesy of the shelf bra and waist-accentuating design.

    Skims Fits Everybody T-Shirt

All hail Skims’ versatile and trusty T-shirt that blends full coverage with stretchiness in a sporty style you’ll wear multiple times a week during the hotter months. Breathability is key during humid-slash-sunny days, and you can rest assured sweaty armpits won’t be a problem here.

Editor testing and review notes: “I reach for this lightweight T-shirt year-round: In the summer especially, I’ll team it with linen trousers to brave a hot commute. It has the breathability of a tissue tee but with enough coverage to conceal my bra straps.” Sullivan

Skims Smooth Layers Strapless Mini Dress

One of the most on-trend selections from the Skims Summer Collection, this minidress has tenniscore influences and is a winner in our books based on its day-to-night versatility. Truly, you can take it from brunch to errand runs to date night and back again — dressing the item up with
heels and a designer handbag or keeping things simple by putting on your best pair of white sneakers. Its strapless nature also allows for some unhindered necklace glam.

    Skims Modal Dipped Thong

Skims is no stranger to engineering thongs that work while feeling and looking flawless; this particular one, though, is crafted out of the brand’s new Modal fabric, which offers an airiness and breathability even in scorching-hot temps. Not sold on the gray Shadow colorway? Skims also sells the thong in a barely-there blue and a pitch-black Obsidian.
