Bollywood actor Salman Khan took to social media to show his support for Yash Raj Films’ upcoming young love story Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Akshaye Widhani. Reposting the trailer on his Instagram Stories, Khan wrote: ‘‘Good luck Ahaan & Aneet. #Saiyaara releasing in theatres on 18th July.”

Salman’s post comes ahead of the release of the film, which marks the debut of Ahaan Panday and introduces Aneet Padda in leading roles.
Saiyaara is directed by Mohit Suri, whose previous works include Aashiqui 2, Ek Villain, and Malang. Set to release in theatres worldwide on July 18, 2025, the film is presented by Aditya Chopra under the YRF banner, marking the first collaboration between YRF and Suri.
The film’s trailer has generated attention since its release, with viewers noting the chemistry between the leads, its visual style, and Mohit Suri’s storytelling.
Ahaan Panday, who has been associated with YRF’s talent division and trained under Aditya Chopra’s mentorship for the past seven years, makes his screen debut with Saiyaara. His co-star Aneet Padda, previously seen in Salaam Venky and the Amazon Prime Video series Big Girls Don’t Cry, plays a poet-songwriter navigating love and heartbreak.
The Saiyaara soundtrack features songs such as Faheem-Arslan’s title track, Jubin Nautiyal’s ‘Barbaad’, Vishal Mishra’s ‘Tum Ho Toh’, Sachet-Parampara’s ‘Humsafar’, and Arijit Singh and Mithoon’s ‘Dhun’. The music is expected to play a significant role in the film.
