Talking about the game, Novak Djokovic lost the first 6-1, and there was a time when Alex De Minaur was leading 4-1, but later, Novak came back to lead and win the next five games, which paved the way for his win and to reach the Wimbledon quarterfinals.
Taking to his IG handle, Virat Kohli shared an appreciation post for Novak. He posted a photo of Novak from the court and mentioned his act as a ‘gladiator act’. Virat Kohli penned, “What a win! It was business as usual for the gladiator.” Novak, on the other hand, remained in awe of Virat’s appreciation post for him. Taking to his IG handle, he extended his gratitude and responded:

Novak Djokovic had his 100th win at Wimbledon, and it made him the third one to achieve the feat after Martina Navratilova and Roger Federer. Novak is now all set to fight for his 25th Grand Slam title, and if he wins the same, he will be able to break the three-time record and will become the oldest Slam winner in the open era.
