Twitch streamer Frogan has found herself at the center of controversy after being handed a 30-day suspension from the platform. The ban follows the circulation of a clip from one of her streams, in which she made controversial remarks about the US military, sparking outrage online.
The video, now viral on X (formerly Twitter), captures Frogan expressing a shocking wish for soldiers in the U.S.military to suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). “I will never have any f—–g pity for any f—–g soldiers. US military? Boo f—–g who. I hope you get PTSD,” she stated.
She continued, “You know? The ones, I’m like, whatever about, the US soldiers, are the ones that acknowledge that what they did was wrong. They didn’t know back then. Whatever, you’re the person in my book.”

The controversial remarks triggered swift backlash across social media, with many users condemning her insensitivity towards veterans and military personnel.
The first report of her suspension came from StreamerBans, a bot that tracks bans on the platform. However, Frogan later clarified that her comments about the military were not the cause of her ban. In a post responding to her suspension, she said, “30 day ban for saying people like bottom of the barrel hummus but other people get 2 WEEKS for advocating for the genocide of Palestinians. Got it.”

Amid the uproar, Frogan took to X to address the fallout from her remarks. She issued an apology, admitting that her words were poorly chosen and lacked the nuance necessary for such a sensitive topic. “I go on to clarify in the clip that I do not mean ‘all’ military, but specifically those with no remorse,” she explained. “What I said was out of frustration as they are currently bombing my family in the name of ‘liberation.'”
In her final note on the matter, Frogan acknowledged her mistake: “I realize that wishing people harm isn’t the best way to talk about these issues and that I could have talked about these topics in a more sensitive way.”

Her apology, however, was met with mixed reactions. While some appreciated her willingness to reflect on her comments, others remained critical, arguing that wishing harm on others, regardless of circumstances, was unacceptable.
