A video of a European content creator casually enjoying a school lunch at a boarding school in Kurukshetra, Haryana, has gone viral on social media.
The man, who goes by the username ‘Matt Shoe’ and is originally from Lithuania, shared a snippet of his visit on Instagram, an experience that resonated with several users for its simplicity and warmth.
In the video, Matt joins teachers in the school dining hall as students serve him a vegetarian meal. “Do students serve food here?” he asks, to which a teacher replies, “Yes, it is their duty to do so.”
He is then served a plate of matar paneer, roti, and rice. After finishing his meal, Matt heads to the wash area and hands over his plate, thanking the students as he prepares to leave. Before parting, he shares the name of his YouTube channel with them.
