Valerie Bertinelli is pinching herself for boasting an acting career that has spanned across five decades — and counting!

The Food Network alum, 65, is on location in Vancouver, British Columbia, to film a new production for Lifetime.

And it seems as though being back on set has stirred up feelings of gratitude, as Bertinelli rushed to social media Wednesday to reflect on her success career in the biz.

“I’m beginning to like these hour long commutes in the morning,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a selfie.

“It’s a really nice time for reflection and meditation. I listen to solfeggio or binaural music to ease any lingering anxiety that has gratefully subsided exponentially in the last few months.”

“I study my lines for the scenes ahead in the day. I am for sure fatigued and exhausted from the hours, but it’s the exhaustion of a job well loved,” she added.

Before she was propelled to fame after landing the role of Barbara Cooper on “One Day at a Time,” which ran from 1975 to 1984, she was a child actress.

“Even after 53 years, there’s still an excitement and clarity in it all,” she went on. “The gratitude and camaraderie I feel to be working with so many talented and lovely artists in each and every department that makes up this crazy business is something that just feels like home.”

“I will never ever take any of this for granted,” she added.

Earlier this month, the “Hot in Cleveland” alum revealed she’s gearing up for a new onscreen project with Lifetime.

“I’m so grateful if not a bit anxious,”she wrote on Instagram. “It’s an amazing script written by an amazing writer and the cast is beyond my wildest dreams.”

“It’s a beautiful role where I must break down all my barriers, shut out the outside noise and be openly vulnerable. It’s the only way to let the real, authentic emotions flow,” she added.

Bertinelli told her 1.6 million followers on the platform that she hasn’t acted in a single-camera production for “at least” four years.

She noted that the nerves she’s feeling ahead of time are coming from a place of wanting to do her very best.

“I know, in reality, this is just my process and I’ll be fine,” she wrote alongside an upload of two selfies from her garden.

In a follow-up Instagram post, the “Valerie’s Home Cooking” host shared her final thoughts before kickstarting her new project.

“It’s the small things that can always make me happy and grateful,” she wrote, tagging the post’s location in Vancouver, British Columbia. “Dancing sunlight streaming through a window in the morning? Happy. 😊”

“4:18a call-time tomorrow morning?” she continued. “Maybe not happy per se, but I’m so grateful to be working 🥰”
