The Carlyle Hotel lobby on the first Monday in May was filled with celebrities queued up to head out for the Met Gala red carpet. VIPs including Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, to Halle Bailey with Coach designer Stuart Vevers, Kendall Jenner, Halle Berry, Quinta Brunson, Stormzy, Sadie Sink, Lupita Nyong’o and more got ready for the gala at the hotel. The 2025 event celebrated the opening of the museum’s “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” exhibition.
