An IndiGo flight, 6E 146, from Chandigarh to Lucknow was cancelled on Friday after the pilot detected a technical issue during pre-flight checks.
The issue was flagged before the aircraft began taxiing. According to sources, the airline did not proceed with takeoff and all affected passengers were offered either alternate flight arrangements or a full refund.
After the issue was detected, the airline ensured that all passengers were safely deboarded as a precautionary measure.
The technical glitch is being investigated by the airline’s maintenance team. No injuries or emergencies were reported during the incident.
