Anti-Israel protesters disrupted President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris during their first joint address since Biden announced his candidacy for the 2024 presidential election. The event took place at a community college in Prince George’s County, Maryland, approximately 20 miles from the White House.
As President Biden began his speech, a group of anti-Israel protesters started chanting slogans, causing a commotion.A video of the incident quickly went viral on social media.
Before the disruption, the crowd had been supportive, chanting “Thank you, Joe” as Biden began his address. However, the atmosphere changed abruptly when the protesters began their chants.

The incident created an awkward moment for the leaders on stage. An X user shared the video and commented, “Pro-Palestine ‘protesters’ infiltrated the Biden-Harris event today and heckled them. This could be a MASSIVE problem for the left in November.”
Despite the interruption, Biden continued with his speech, displaying his characteristic humor. The 81-year-old joked about his age, saying, “I served in the Senate for 270 years; I was too damn young. Now, I’m too damn old.”
Biden also gave a new nickname to his rival, former President Donald Trump, referring to him as “Donald Dump.”
Vice President Kamala Harris praised Biden during the event, saying, “Joe! Joe! Joe! Our extraordinary president, Joe Biden. There’s a lot of love in this room for our president.” She added, “I could speak all afternoon about the person I am standing on this stage with.”
In response to the affection he received, Biden said, “I love you guys too,” and remarked that Harris is “going to make a hell of a president.”
