I’ll take his name because he has given very important performances. We cast him in inside edge as the character of a Dalit bowler — and that choice is deliberate and important to highlight.” Abhishek said in Raj Shamani’s podcast. Banerjee’s voice laced out with admiration saying, “The first time I saw him, I knew there is something remarkable about this man. Siddhant who is a HERO today, and imagined in all different stylish, glamorous roles — we had envisioned him as a lower caster sportsman, someone who was oppressed and bullied.”
Listeners were particularly taken by how emphatically Banerjee spoke of Chaturvedi’s commitment to craft. I feel genuinely PROUD, because no matter what came after — I had seen the spark and talent in him from the beginning. That’s rare. I really admire that about him.”

He will be seen in Dhadak 2 opposite Triptii Dimriand with Jaya Bachchan and Wamiqa Gabbi in the comedy film Dil Ka Darwaaza Khol Na Darling.
