Sonu Sood has spoken out about the recent bridge collapse on the Indrayani River in Talegaon, Pune. He expressed his condolences and prayers for the deceased and wished for the swift recovery of those injured, sharing his message on social media.

Sonu Sood posted on his official X (formerly Twitter) account about the tragic bridge collapse on the Indrayani River in Talegaon, Pune. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis reported that 32 people were injured, with six in critical condition currently hospitalized. Additionally, four casualties have been confirmed.
The actor shared, “Deeply saddened by the tragic incident of the bridge collapse on the Indrayani River in Talegaon, Pune. Heartfelt condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones. Praying for the speedy recovery of the injured #pune.”

Earlier today, on Father’s Day 2025, Sood posted a collection of nostalgic photos with his father, Shakti Sood, along with the message, “Happy Father’s Day Papa. Miss you every second of my life. Stay happy wherever you are until we meet again. #shaktisagarsood.”
On the professional front, Sonu Sood recently made his directorial debut with the film Fateh. Written and directed by Sood, the movie is produced by Zee Studios and Shakti Sagar Productions, alongside co-producer Ajay Dhama. The plot centres around Fateh, a former spy who must leave his peaceful life behind when a young local girl falls victim to a dangerous cybercrime network.
Motivated by a strong sense of justice, he sets out on a high-stakes mission filled with emotion, determination, and intense action to take down the criminal syndicate responsible. The film was released on January 10.
