Apara Mehta reveals how 15 females used to share one room on the KSBKBT sets

Going ahead, Apara revealed that on the sets of the show, 15 females used to be in the same room, and none of them lived separately. They would not go in the other rooms but would sit on one another as they believed in being together, even if it meant spending 2 hours in the room. The team had done everything and liked being involved in the lives of one another. Speaking of how a typical morning on the sets looked like she said:

“In the make-up room, everyone would be calling up maids or provision stores or cooks and help—someone giving instructions and telling the drivers. Oh my god! It used to be like that. If somebody didn’t have a maid, it would become entire Kyunki’s (team) problem. It is a very rare thing.”

Apara Mehta reveals her equation with all the females on the KSBKBT sets

She shared that all her female co-stars from the serial came from well-educated and cultured backgrounds and shared how they could share anything they wanted to. In her words:

“All of us have been like that. We could talk about everything under the sun. There was nothing that we did not discuss. We all realised that we were emancipated and evolved women. We shared everything. We all have positive feelings for each other and that has lasted for 25 years. It’s not a joke. We are those kinds of friends who will be there for each other even if someone needs help at midnight. We know that we will stand by each other,” she said, and signed off.
