Kobe Bryant’s Nike line is adding new snakeskin-patterned Air Force 1 styles to its lineup this fall.

In addition to upcoming Kobe-themed Air Force 1s shared by Vanessa Bryant in Soft Yellow and an expected Linen style of the sneaker, two more Kobe Bryant x Nike Air Force 1 Lows have surfaced. 

Both styles feature matching, scale-patterned uppers with one coming in an Air Force 1 staple, all-white, and the other donning a Lakers-inspired tonal Court Purple look.

Beyond their matching colors, the two snakeskin-printed Air Force 1s are unified by their heel embroidery; the left shoe features Kobe’s 8 jersey number while the right is adorned with the 24 worn later in his career. The two shoes also feature metal “Mamba Forever” dubraes and Bryant’s sheath logo on the tongue. Inside of the shoebox, the sneakers come with what appears to be a sticker featuring the sheath logo in metallic gold.

After Kobe’s Nike deal expired in 2011, releases from the popular franchise were put on hold while Vanessa and the Beaverton, Ore.-based sportswear brand worked to establish a new agreement. A new contract was signed in March 2022 and Nike Kobe sneaker launches resumed later that year. To this day, the late basketball star’s signature line includes some of the most popular on-court sneakers with NBA, WNBA and collegiate players. 

“I am so proud that my husband’s shoes are still the most worn by players on NBA courts and that the demand for his shoes remain so desired by his fans around the world,” Vanessa wrote on Instagram following the announcement of the new deal.

Along with the batch of upcoming Air Force 1s, several noteworthy Nike Kobe releases are planned for 2025 and beyond. Highlights include the Kobe 6 Protro Total Orange, Kobe 9 Elite Low Protro “Moonwalker” and Kobe 4 Protro “CHBL.”

The White/White Kobe Bryant x Nike Air Force 1 Low has a SKU of IB0018-100, while the Court Purple/Court Purple variation’s SKU is IB0018-500. Both pairs are expected to be released during fall ’25 for $130 each from Nike Snkrs and select Nike Sportswear stockists.
