Timberland has released its first collaboration with Starcow. The new boot design, which debuted in Europe in the fall, is now available for purchase in the United States. The two brands have come together to reimagine Timberland’s beloved, and weather-ready, Waterproof Field Boot that features stylish new details.
According to the brands, the Timberland x Starcow Field Boot is more than just a reinterpretation of the popular style; instead, it is a tribute to 1990s New York, where street culture and heritage workwear collided.
The new boot design presents the Field Boot in rich, milk chocolate brown crocodile-textured leathers and bold camouflage details throughout. It also features an antique brass metal hangtag with the Starcow logo.

The boot drop is timely since it’s still icy in parts of the country, and the shoe features PrimaLoft insulation, waterproof Gore-Tex technology, and a durable Vibram outsole give the wearer the confidence to step outside and take on the elements, no matter the weather forecast.
Starcow is a shop that is credited with pioneering French streetwear in 1996 by fusing the worlds of skateboarding and hip-hop. In an era when the internet was still in its infancy, Starcow distinguished itself by sourcing, importing and selling exclusive products not distributed in France, giving an entire generation access to rare fashion items.

Starcow’s ethos aligns with Timberland’s long-standing, authentic relationship with hip-hop culture, which helped shape this collaboration. The Timberland x Starcow Field Boot retails for $220 and is now available for purchase at Timberland’s New York City stores in SoHo and Herald Square, at select wholesale partners, and on timberland.com.
