Kajol took to her Instagram to share a photo, captioning it, “So now you know we’ve done it ALL! Even stood up and danced on a taxi on Marine Drive… is this on anyone’s bucket list? #ididit #marinedrive #monthofmay.” One fan commented, “Old is gold,” while another said, “Beautiful memories of watching you in this movie. Total nostalgia.”
Kajol is filled with happiness as her son, Yug, makes his voice-acting debut in the Hindi version of Karate Kid: Legends. He has voiced the character Li Fong (played by Ben Wang), while his father, Ajay Devgn, has dubbed for the legendary Mr. Han (played by Jackie Chan). To celebrate Yug’s accomplishment, Kajol posted a heartfelt video on Instagram, with a caption that read, “Too too proud of my baby! Just wanna scream ‘MINE MINE MINE.’”
On the work front, Kajol was most recently seen in Do Patti, a crime thriller that also stars Kriti Sanon in a double role. Kajol portrays a police inspector investigating an attempted murder case in the gripping storyline.
Do Patti is available for streaming on Netflix. Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, the film also features Shaheer Sheikh, Tanvi Azmi, and Brijendra Kala in key roles.
Looking ahead, Kajol will star in Sarzameen and Maharagni – Queen of Queens. She also has an upcoming mythological film, Maa, lined up for release.
Directed by Vishal Furia, known for Chhorii starring Nushrratt Bharuccha and the critically acclaimed series Criminal Justice featuring Pankaj Tripathi, Maa features Kajol in a powerful role as a fierce mother determined to protect her daughter.
The film also features Kherin Sharma in a pivotal role, along with Ronit Roy and Indraneil Sengupta.
