Reports about the saint’s poor health began after a video of him surfaced on social media, showing him with a swollen and reddened face. The video sparked alarm online, and Premanand Maharaj’s devotees were left concerned for him.
Premanand Maharaj’s condition is stated to be stable
Amid the ongoing rumours, Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj Parikar Shridham Vrindavan issued a formal statement on the saint’s falling health and revealed that he is doing fine. The team also revealed that Maharaj is continuing with his daily routine. The statement also revealed that Premanand Maharaj’s customary early morning walk has been postponed indefinitely. The administration also asked people not to speculate on any false information about the saint and his health.
Premanand Maharaj addresses his health concerns
After a series of reports about Premanand Maharaj’s health made their way to the media, the saint himself addressed the reports. Recently popular YouTuber, Elvish Yadav, met Maharaj at his ashram. When Elvish asked Maharaj about his health, he said:
“Dono kidney fail hai, theek kya hona hai ab to jaana hai. Ab theek hone ko kuch nahi bacha.”
According to a report in ABP Live, Premanand Maharaj’s kidneys are not in good shape, and he has been put on full-day dialysis for some time now. Although many devotees want to donate their kidneys, Premanand Maharaj has declined the idea of giving pain to someone else.
