Kim Kardashian is set to mark the beginning of a new acting venture alongside Sarah Paulson, and the trailer alone has left viewers with their jaws dropped, as the latter was seen calling the reality TV star’s character by some really vulgar slang. As the heated trailer reflects on what’s in store for the coming episodes, let’s take a look at what we know so far. The trailer for the show was released on October 8, 2025, (ET).
Sarah Paulson throws some nasty insults at Kim Kardashian
One of the first things that stood out about the trailer was when Sarah Paulson’s character started throwing some nasty comments at Kim Kardashian’s character. While the names of the characters have not yet been disclosed, the trailer starts with Sarah Paulson’s character calling Kim Kardashian’s character a vulgar slang term for female genitalia. However, it doesn’t stop there; one of the last things she does is call her a “wh**e lawyer.”
Hulu released the latest look for its upcoming legal drama on October 7, 2025, and it appears to be much like contentious divorces, which suggests that the show will get vicious and personal. The show, created by Ryan Murphy, will follow a group of female divorce attorneys who leave a male-dominated law firm to start their own practice. According to the synopsis:
“These fierce, brilliant, and emotionally complicated women will navigate high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifting allegiances.”
What to expect from All’s Fair
So far, the All’s Fair trailer shows several women, including those portrayed by Brooke Shields, Elizabeth Berkley and Judith Light, seeking the services of “the best divorce lawyers in town.” While men in the clip represent most, they seem to represent the most unsavoury examples of their gender. In addition to Sarah Paulson and Kim Kardashian, the show’s all-star cast also includes Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Matthew Noszka and Glenn Close.

All’s Fair to mark Kim Kardashian’s second scripted television project
All’s Fair will mark Kim Kardashian’s second scripted television project. The star was last seen in American Horror Story: Delicate. While the reality TV star and businesswoman is no stranger to the camera, fans are excited to see her play the role. However, while she will be playing a fictional attorney in the show, she has also studied to be one in real life. Earlier this year, Kim celebrated completing her legal studies with a private graduation party for just her and her classmates.
Instead of attending a traditional law school, Kim Kardashian apprenticed with attorneys for six years under California’s Law Office Study Program. She passed the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam, commonly known as the ‘baby bar’, in 2021. That doesn’t mean you can retain the star as an attorney, as she has yet to pass the state bar. Apart from the legal drama, the star will be featured in The Kardashians, which means we may also get to see some behind-the-scenes footage of the show’s production. Kim’s most recent real-life legal entanglements include filing a lawsuit against her mother, Kris Jenner, and ex-boyfriend, Ray J, for defamation and false-light publicity.
