Punjabi singer, Rajvir Jawanda’s demise at the age of 35 has left everyone in utter pain. The singer met with an accident back on September 27, 2025, and it affected his head and spinal cord with severe injuries, ultimately leading to his death, triggered by cardiac arrest. His demise came as a heartbreak to the entire industry. Rajvir was a rising star in the Punjabi music industry who also ventured into acting. And it was his wife, who was his emotional anchor, who stood like a pillar by his side.
Rajvir Jawanda had one wish to fulfil, which he couldn’t do
While Rajvir passed away at the age of 35, he had several dreams, which he couldn’t fulfil, and one of those dreams included his family, as reported by some close sources to One India. Recently, a report on One India Hindi claimed that Rajvir dreamt of travelling to Shimla with his family members and meeting their friends there.
According to a source, his wife’s name was Ashwinder Kaur, and although few details about their love story are known, the couple had been together since 2018. Reportedly, Ashwinder Kaur was in the private sector and chose to stay out of the limelight, serving as the emotional anchor for her husband through thick and thin. The couple reportedly has two kids: a baby girl, Hemant Kaur, and a baby boy, Dilawar Singh. According to the source, Rajvir often spoke about his family, referring to them as his strength. The source shared with Daily Post Punjabi:
“Rajvir ki patni hamesha unki saath rahi, tour, recording ya film shoot, har kadam pe support. Vo do chhote baccho ke pita hai, beti Hemant Kaur aur beta Dilawar Singh. Rajvir hamesha kehta tha, ‘meri taakat meri family hai.'”

They say that a woman’s intuition speaks before the incident happens, and the same thing happened with Rajvir Jawanda’s wife, Ashwinder Kaur. Reportedly, she begged her husband not to step out of the house on the very day he met with an accident, which ultimately claimed his life. As per one of the singer’s close friends, Ashwinder Kaur said to Rajvir that something might happen, and thus he shouldn’t step out of the home. However, Rajvir didn’t pay attention to the same, and he was travelling on a 1300cc motorcycle when he collided with a street animal, leading him to lose control and suffer serious spinal and head injuries, along with a cardiac arrest, which claimed his life.
Recently, an eyewitness revealed the entire incident that took place in Himachal Pradesh, where Rajvir Jawanda was travelling on a BMW motorcycle. As per the eyewitness, two bulls were fighting on the road, and one of them ran towards Rajvir’s bike. The singer tried to avoid it, but the bike had already lost control. On October 3, 2025, medical reports claimed that his brain was responding mildly. However, later it was revealed that MRI reports showed that his brain was not getting adequate oxygen, caused by the trauma of the injuries to the head and spine.
