Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has expanded its digital footprint by going live on Amazon, marking another milestone in India’s premium motorcycle retail space. After pioneering the sale of classic bikes on Flipkart in October 2024, the brand now brings its portfolio to Amazon across 40 cities, with a plan to cover over 100 cities during the festive season.
The company was the first in India to tap into e-commerce for premium 350cc motorcycles, setting benchmarks with record-breaking conversion rates on Flipkart last year. With Amazon onboard, Jawa Yezdi aims to further simplify ownership for young, digital-first buyers.
Sharad Agarwal, Chief Business Officer, Classic Legends, said, “We went into e-commerce a year back with the belief that if our young consumers could book holidays or even buy cars online, they should be able to own a Jawa or Yezdi the same way. Starting with Flipkart and now expanding to Amazon, we’re making the journey easier and more transparent while keeping the soul of motorcycling intact.”
Customers can now choose, book, and initiate purchases entirely online:
- Pay the ex-showroom price on Amazon or Flipkart.
- Confirm the booking through an authorised dealer, pay the balance on-road price at the dealership, and complete registration and insurance.
- Ride home their new motorcycle after a handover.
Both e-commerce partners are offering attractive festive benefits. Amazon has rolled out easy EMIs and 5% cashback for Prime members using Amazon Pay ICICI co-branded credit cards. Flipkart customers can access 24-month no-cost EMIs, 5% cashback (up to Rs 4,000) on select credit cards, and exclusive motorcycle finance and insurance options.
Ownership assurance
Backing its motorcycles with industry-first after-sales support, the Jawa Yezdi BSA Ownership Assurance Programme includes:
- 4-year/50,000km standard warranty (extendable to six years).
- Two-year anytime warranty within six years of ownership.
- One-year complimentary roadside assistance, extendable up to eight years.
- A five-year AMC package for hassle-free servicing.
Models available online
Customers can shop the Jawa 350, 42, 42 FJ, 42 Bobber, and Perak, along with the Yezdi Adventure (single headlight) on both platforms. Amazon additionally lists the Yezdi Scrambler.
Currently, over 40 dealers in 30+ cities are live on Amazon and Flipkart, with the network expected to scale further in the coming weeks. Jawa Yezdi already operates 450+ touchpoints across India, ensuring easier access to sales and after-sales services.
