Blake Lively is raiding her Upper East Side archives.
The actress pulled a pair of throwback red patent leather Chanel heels — shoes she’s held onto since 2009, right in the middle of her “Gossip Girl” reign — for an event on Tuesday celebrating her Betty Booze brand.
“Big shout out to @eliesaabworld for making me feel so fancy … and to me for being a hoarder and keeping these gorgeous Chanel shoes since 2009. :)” the 38-year-old wrote on Instagram.
The almost-vintage pumps featured rows of crisscrossing straps and four buckles, along with a gold quilting detail on the heel mirroring the brand’s iconic handbags.
The footwear — which would have been right at home on the feet of Serena van der Woodsen — coordinated perfectly with her head-to-toe red Elie Saab look, a broderie anglaise peplum top and matching wide-leg pants.
The mother of four accessorized with a chunky vintage pinky ring from Particulieres and earrings by Maria Tash for the event, which celebrated new vodka iced tea flavors from her Betty Booze line and was hosted by ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, a Florida-based retailer.
“We’ve worked so hard, and so personally on every single flavor and also every element of the design. Getting to share it with you and see you love them too, makes us feel so proud and grateful,” Lively wrote.
The “It Ends With Us” star has been keeping a relatively low profile in recent months following her legal battle with co-star Justin Baldoni.
In December 2024, she filed a complaint against Baldoni alleging sexual harassment and a coordinated smear campaign. Baldoni has denied the allegations and filed his own lawsuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, although his lawsuit was dismissed in June.
Lively and Baldoni are expected to testify when her case is tried in March 2026.
