Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, is back in a treatment center less than a month after her whirlwind rehab stay.

The 48-year-old was “unable to attend” a Tuesday court appearance, with the judge claiming the former reality star is undergoing mental health treatment at a Utah facility, according to People.

At the hearing, which was regarding misdemeanor charges in Kelley’s divorce, prosecutor Wendy Crossland agreed that she “believes” Kelley is currently receiving treatment.

“I have not otherwise had any other contact with Miss Wolf,” the lawyer said, with the judge subsequently “resetting these [legal] matters” due to Kelley’s absence.

Reps for Scott and Kelley did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Kelley was charged with electronic communications harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information in August.

After two days in jail, Kelley was released based on her willingness to “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavior, psychological or psychiatric treatment.”

She shared her intentions to go to rehab for a month at a Sept. 2 hearing, insisting she was “looking forward to” doing so.

“My brother is taking me,” Kelley explained at the time. “It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself.”

She checked into an Arizona rehab on Sept. 7, only to confirm to Page Six two days later that she had exited and was staying in a hotel.

The “Real World: New Orleans” alum claimed during the Sept. 9 phone call that she planned to attend a different treatment center in Utah in November.

When Kelley appeared in court the following day, she did not have legal representation — and her estranged husband, 57, was ordered to help her obtain an attorney.

In the meantime, the judge upheld a previous protective order that banned Kelley from contacting Scott and their three kids — son Jackson, 16, son Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11.

Scott filed for divorce in June, with Kelley recently telling us that she has lost 30 pounds since the split and is now 97 pounds.

“I have lost everything. I am malnourished,” she wrote via Instagram Stories earlier this month. “Treated like a crazy woman.”

Kelley and the “Party of Five” alum, notably, have been ordered not to post about their legal battle on social media.

While Kelley has continued to document the tumultuous split via Instagram, Scott broke his silence in a statement to People last month.

“[I] hope is to have this most difficult chapter of our family’s lives remain as private as possible, however, the wellbeing of my children is at stake, and that will always be my priority,” the actor, who has temporary sole custody, said at the time.

“There are some significant challenges that are making our situation incredibly difficult and contentious, and it is tragic for all involved,” he continued.
