Together, it was all very much a showgirl-worthy (sorry, Taylor) outfit. Clearly, Rae and her stylist, Dara, have been doing their fashion homework—and not to mention, it is a serious flex to rock fresh-off-the-runway pieces before Milan Fashion Week is even over. We must know: Did Versace overnight them the pieces right after the show? Did they have a custom ensemble made well before the collection even debuted? We have questions.
One concrete answer, however, is that Addison Rae is the perfect star to wear such designs. Is there anyone more well-suited to a disco-ball bra than a Gen-Z pop star? Plus, given how Addison is extremely Y2K-era Britney Spears coded, it would only make sense she would gravitate towards Versace, a label that has long dressed and supported Britney in her music career as well. Call it a carrying of the torch—and Addison wears it well.
