Victoria Monét has signed on with Full Stop Management for her representation, a source familiar with the matter confirms to The Hollywood Reporter.
Monét will be managed by Full Stop’s Jeffrey Azoff, Anna Savage, Shawn Holiday and Sam Weiss, the latter of whom is joining the company to work with Monét. Monét’s signing brings the R&B star to one of the most prominent management companies in the music industry, joining a roster that also includes Harry Styles, Tate McRae, John Mayer and Cardi B among others.
Monét marks yet another high-profile signing for Full Stop, which also signed pop star Camila Cabello over the summer after she parted ways with longtime manager Roger Gold earlier this year.
Monét is signed to Sony Music’s RCA Records, where she released her debut album Jaguar II back in 2023. That record took home the Grammy for best R&B album back in 2024, while hit single “On My Mama” won for best R&B song. Monet also won the Grammy for best new artist that year, winning out in class that also included Noah Kahan, Gracie Abrams, Jelly Roll and Ice Spice among others. She hasn’t released new music since then, though she’s teased pictures online in the studio.
“It’s really, really amazing,” Monét told THR of her Grammy wins back in 2024. “Now I’m trying to think of the next set of things and not think [that] anything is too big because at this point. So many big things have happened that maybe people would’ve thought were too big for me.”
Before breaking out on her own, Monét had established herself as a respected songwriter, where she wrote hits including Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings,” “Thank U, Next” and “34+35” as well as Selena Gomez and Blackpink and Selena Gomez’s “Ice Cream.”
Outside of music, Monét released her first children’s book, Everywhere You Are, this past June.
