Aldo has tapped New York Knicks guard Jordan Clarkson to present its newest men’s footwear and accessories capsule.

According to the Canadian company, the new assortment “channels a rebellious spirit with codes that combine bold proportions, tactile finishes, and a contemporary western influence.”

The offering showcases a series of standout styles including the Guthrie boot, which appears in both cow print and black leather, and the Double Zero lace-up, offered in suede and classic black.

Other highlights include the Buckley loafer, which introduces textural checks with statement-making flair, while the Zollo and Rocco highlight structured lines and squared toes. Completing the capsule, the Hildebrad messenger bag in brown and the Brugu tote in black.

Clarkson said in a statement that he likes to “dress like the moment demands it,” from walking into Madison Square Garden to wherever the road leads.

“Partnering with Aldo gave me the chance to bring that same energy into footwear, silhouettes that are fearless, functional, and built to move,” Clarkson said. “This capsule is about pushing boundaries, trying new combinations, and stepping into every moment with confidence. That’s what style is all about, showing up, owning it, and never holding back.”

Amanda Amar, vice president of global brand strategy, social media and public relations at Aldo, told FN in an interview that working with Clarkson on this project was truly a “collaborative process” between the NBA star and the company’s men’s product development team.

“The process started with our men’s product development director flying down to meet with Jordan in Utah,” Amar said. “He brought along with him a broad assortment of what we felt were the strongest and boldest styles from our collection, and from there, Jordan made tweaks and narrowed it down to the capsule as it is today based on his personal style.”

Once the capsule styles were chosen by Jordan and the Aldo team, Amar noted that the pro basketball player was “very keen” to continue providing his creative input on all elements from his wardrobe and styling on-set of the campaign shoot, to storyboarding and beyond.

“It was imperative for us not to influence his decisions but really to allow as many elements as possible to be a true reflection of his personal style, otherwise it wouldn’t have come to fruition as organically and authentically as it did,” Amar said.
