Ray J made a shocking claim that he’s working with the feds to build a RICO case against his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner.
“The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” the singer told Chrisean Rock during a recent livestream circulating on X.
“I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’m gonna say a lot of s–t. Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it.”
He added, “It’s worse than Diddy.”
The hitmaker, 44, provided no other details or explanation in the clip, and no other information substantiates the claim. Reps for Kardashian, Jenner and Ray J did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
RICO investigations fall under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, which is typically utilized to prosecute drug cartels and mob crimes.
In July, disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, was found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution but not guilty of more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges in a widely publicized federal trial over the summer. He’s scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 3.
This isn’t the first time Ray J — who infamously appeared in a sex tape with Kardashian in 2007 — has hinted at such accusations.
In May, amid a discussion about then-pending RICO charges against Combs, Ray J directed attention to a potential case against the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” matriarch, 69, and Skims founder, 44.
“If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it,” he said in “TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial.”
In September 2022, Ray J slammed the reality famous mother and daughter duo after Jenner claimed under a lie detector test that she did not release the sex tape he made with Kardashian.
“YOU f–ked with THE WRONG BLACK MAN krisjenner @kimkardashian,” he captioned a since-deleted Instagram video at the time.
“I DONT GIVE A F–K HOW OLD THIS S–T IS!! WHAT YOU TRYING TO DO TO ME IS ALMOST INHUMANE AND FOUL AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL — F–K THIS BEING JUST RACIST — THIS IS WRONG TO DO TO ANYBODY — YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST F–K PEOPLE OVER AND GET AWAY WITH IT FOREVER!!!”
Prior to Ray J’s social media rant, Jenner answered a series of questions on an episode of the “Late Late Show with James Corden,” while hooked up to a polygraph. The test’s administrator John Grogan determined she was telling the truth.
The father of two subsequently labeled the sex tape a negative turning point in his life. “That was probably the worst thing that’s ever happened to me, if you look from then to now,” the musician told Cam Newton during a July episode of his eponymous podcast.
“It’s the worst thing that’s ever been put on my name. It’s the most disgusting, the most illegal, and the most distasteful when you have a daughter.”
