Describing her process, she said: “People here don’t know anything, I just act like I’m down to earth. Do you know how I drink my coffee? I travel from Gwalior to Agra, but I don’t drink it fresh. The coffee has to be completely cold, so I carry an icebox. I keep the coffee in it and then sit on a bench in a garden behind the Taj Mahal to drink it. That’s my basic routine.”

Tanya also claimed that when she craves dal, she flies from Gwalior to Delhi just to eat at a specific hotel, otherwise she stays hungry. She explained: “From morning, I stop eating and drinking. I even give my staff the day off in anger. Then I fly to Delhi, eat that dal, and return the same night.”
