According to a Hindustan Times report, the song has garnered more than 7 million new views since the series’ release. The song, sung by Udit Narayan and composed by Viju Shah, gained popularity on Spotify and Instagram over the weekend.
In a throwback interview with Bollywood Hungama, Bobby Deol spoke about filming the cult song, Duniya Haseeno Ka Mela. He stated that he used to practice the song extensively, and since there were no air conditioners at the studios back then, he would often end up drenched in sweat. Talking about its popular step, he said:
“I had an accident on the former’s last day, so Chinni and Rekha Prakash Ji made those hand movements of mine, which became popular as ‘Bobby Deol’s style.”
