Brooks Nader avoided an awkward run-in with her ex-husband, Billy Haire, during Thursday’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Launch Party in New York City — just days after finalizing their divorce.
“They did both see each other and they did not speak,” a source tells Page Six exclusively, confirming that they finalized their divorce this week.
We’re told one of Nader’s sisters greeted Haire, but the “Sports Illustrated” cover star ignored him.
Despite her ex lurking at the event, our source says the “Dancing With The Stars” alum, 28, was feeling “confident” throughout the evening.
“She’s been working with the magazine for so long. It’s her favorite time of the year and she always feels so confident being surrounded by amazing women who are a part of Sports Illustrated,” the insider explains.
The source also surmises how uncomfortable it must have been for Haire to be at the soirée where Nader’s “face is all over everything.”
“I can’t speak to what it would make an ex feel like being there, but I can’t imagine [he felt] good. That must be hard,” the insider theorizes.
A second source tells us Nader and her sisters were “definitely in a very chatty, happy mood.”
Nader, dressed in a plunging gown, exclusively told Page Six Style on the red carpet that she is feeling better than ever in her single era.
“I feel a lot more myself this year,” she said. “I really grew into my own ‘Brooks’ this year.”
Aside from closing the book on her marriage to Haire, Nader is also fresh off her breakup with her former “DWTS” partner Gleb Savchenko.
Page Six confirmed in April that the duo had called it quits after nearly eight months of dating.
Savchenko, for his part, told us he was blindsided by their breakup after learning about it online.
“I was surprised to learn through article(s) published today … that Brooks has ended our relationship,” Savchenko said after news broke.
He added, “The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6, asking to speak. I called her today in response, but she has not replied.”
Nader and Savchenko, 41, met while competing on Season 33 of the dance competition series.
They initially denied romance rumors after posting flirty photos together during rehearsals, but their relationship was confirmed when they were caught kissing backstage last September.
They seemingly had a rocky relationship, going from getting tattoos together to Nader suggesting he had dumped her — only to reunite days later.
The whirlwind fling came shortly after a source confirmed to Page Six last May that Nader and Haire were divorcing after four years of marriage.
