Jolly LLB 3 is recording a winning run at the box office in India. After a healthy start of Rs. 12.5 crores on Friday, the Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi film has jumped by approx. 55 percent on the second day to collect around the Rs. 19 crores to Rs. 20 crores mark. With this, the two-day total of Jolly LLB 3 stands at Rs. 33 crores, and the movie is set to collect more than Rs. 50 crores in its opening weekend.
The jump is among the biggest of the year for a film that has opened in double digits, and this has happened due to strong audience word of mouth. Jolly LLB 3 is the third film of the franchise and will continue the success streak as director Subhash Kapoor has definitely scored a hat-trick at the box office.
The heartening side for Jolly LLB 3 is the fact that the business has gone up in the mass belts too, where the film was low on the first day. The jump in single screens is also a plus sign, indicating a big run on the weekdays.
The film will surely enter the Rs. 100 crore club and emerge as a Bonafide box office hit. The costs are in control, which makes it a money spinner for producers.
