Kanye West screamed at Kris Jenner during a tense conversation about taking his medication in the rapper’s new “In Whose Name?” documentary.
In a wild scene, the Grammy winner insisted to his then-mother-in-law that he would “rather be dead” than medicated.
“Y’all demasculated me and made me feel like a piece of s–t,” he said. “And the only reason you got away with it is because I was medicated.”
“No one from the family is taking any responsibility for my hospital visit, but if you wanna go online that’s 50 percent of what people say. At least,” the songwriter, 48, claimed. “Am I lying?”
When Jenner, 69, replied that “it doesn’t matter,” West began to scream.
“It does matter!” he yelled repeatedly, shouting over Jenner as the talent manager pointed out that she hadn’t “finished a sentence.”
The “Kardashians” star was able to clarify, “It matters to us and you. It doesn’t matter what the internet says. It matters what we think, Ye.”
As she spoke, West stormed past her and grabbed a gray sweatshirt and red “Make America Great Again” hat off the kitchen countertop.
He rushed back into the room, asking, “So what do you think? Did you have an effect on my mental health?”
Jenner, who had broken down into tears at this point, replied, “Yes. Yes. Yes. I’m saying yes. And I love you. I love you. I don’t want you to be not perfect. I love you.”
She continued, “I want my daughter [Kim Kardashian] to love you the way you want her to love you.”
West married Kardashian, 44, in 2014. They welcomed four kids together — daughter North, 12, son Saint, 9, daughter Chicago, 7, and son Psalm, 6.
The former couple divorced in 2022.
During their marriage, West was diagnosed with bipolar disorder — but later clarified, “Come to find out, it’s really a case of autism that I have.”
Kardashian is also featured in the documentary, out Friday, and was included in multiple trailers for the project.
“Your personality was not like this a few years ago,” she told her then-husband in one clip.
In another, she told West they would “talk about that later” when he ordered she “never tell [him he’s] gonna wake up one day and have nothing!”
At her interruption, West yelled, “It ain’t no but!”
The Yeezy creator moved on with wife Bianca Censori in 2022, who has become known for barely-there looks — including a see-through Grammys dress and candy lingerie West reportedly paid her to wear.
While the architectural designer, 30, was absent from the documentary trailer, it was filmed from 2019 to 2025.
“In Whose Name?” premieres in select theaters Friday.
