In early 2020, just two years after Augustinus Bader‘s now cult-status products first came to market, the luxury skin-care company kicked off its ongoing partnership with Victoria Beckham. Five and a half years later, the duo has unveiled their latest development in science-backed beauty, the first foundation clinically shown to renew skin over time. Introducing The Foundation Drops by Victoria Beckham x Augustinus Bader.

Available now at augustinusbader.com and created to complement The Concealer Pen, this first-of-its-kind formula instantly blurs imperfections while maintaining a serum-like feel and luminous natural finish. Infused with the skin cell-rejuvenating power of Bader’s patented TFC8 technology (more on that below), the drops provide 12 hours of light-to-medium, buildable coverage that doesn’t crease or settle into fine lines.

To apply the foundation, dispense a few drops onto the fingertips, back of the hand or directly onto the face. Then, use either a brush or fingertips to build coverage and blend, concentrating product in any desired areas. While it’ll instantly achieve a smooth, airbrushed look by reducing the appearance of redness and uneven tone, the makeup-meets-skin-care nature of the product means it’ll also continue to improve complexion over time.

“We created The Foundation Drops for minimalists like me,” says Beckham. “The formula melts into my skin for a naturally flawless complexion and nourishes with Augustinus Bader’s TFC8 technology as I wear it. This is the first foundation that feels like nothing, yet truly does everything.”

What all of Bader’s products have in common (and what sets them apart from other premium beauty lines) is TFC8 (Trigger Factor Complex 8) technology, a blend of natural amino acids, high-grade vitamins and peptides that support the body’s capacity to renew. This signature regenerative formulation is an over-the-counter take on the medical-grade cream that co-founder and stem cell expert Augustinus Bader originally created to help burn victims heal. Other fans of the brand include Gwyneth Paltrow, Charlize Theron, Kris Jenner, Rachel Zoe, Sofia Coppola and early investor Melanie Griffith.

The Foundation Drops, retailing for $110, come in 19 easy-to-match shades that disappear into the skin. They are intended to use in tandem (if desired) with The Concealer Pen by Victoria Beckham x Augustinus Bader, also available in 19 shades and retailing for $68.
