Ned Fulmer and his wife, Ariel Fulmer, are no longer together, three years after his workplace cheating scandal made headlines.
The former “Try Guy” star and his wife have separated, his spokesperson told People Tuesday.
According to the spokesperson, Ned still “cares deeply” for Ariel, and they are “working on something new.”
The two are amicable, and even traveled to Greece this summer together with their two sons, Wesley and Finley, the spokesperson also told the outlet.
The news comes after TMZ published a photo of Ned chatting with another woman at the Zebulon music venue in Los Angeles from Sept. 7, though there was no noticeable PDA between the two.
Ned, 38, and Ariel, 39, will discuss where their relationship stands on the debut of his podcast, “Rock Bottom,” on Wednesday, TMZ also reports.
Ned and Ariel have been married since September 2012. In September 2022, Ned was fired from the popular YouTube group the Try Guys after he admitted he had an affair.
The admission came after he was seen kissing Try Guys producer Alex Herring at a New York City bar.
“Family should have always been my priority, but I lost focus and had a consensual workplace relationship,” he said in a statement at the time.
“I’m sorry for any pain that my actions may have caused to the guys and the fans but most of all to Ariel,” he continued. “The only thing that matters right now is my marriage and my children, and that’s where I am going to focus my attention.”
News that Ned, who frequently spoke about how much he loved his wife, cheated on Ariel with Herring came to light after screenshots and photos were posted in a Reddit thread.
The posts seemingly showed Ned making out with Herring at East Village bar Niagara.
In an interview with People published Tuesday, Ned said he was ready to move on from the scandal after taking a long break from social media and the internet for the sake of his mental health.
He also shared that he and Ariel went to couples therapy, and that their relationship was much stronger now.
“We have a much clearer sense of boundaries — understanding and respecting each other’s boundaries — as well as integrity and being direct with each other, even when it might be unpleasant,” he said.
