Prime Video has dropped ‘Udd Jaavan’, the first track from its much-awaited comedy-drama series Do You Wanna Partner starring Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty in lead roles, and it’s already striking an emotional chord with audiences. Sung by the ever-soulful Jasleen Royal, composed by Ronit Vinta, and penned by Priya Saraiya, the track is layered with evocative lyrics and uplifting melodies that capture the raw essence of freedom, ambition, and the courage to embrace life’s uncertainties.

Much like the song, Do You Wanna Partner celebrates friendship, resilience, and the audacity to follow one’s dreams. The track is positioned as more than just a musical interlude — it mirrors the emotional journey of the show’s protagonists and adds depth to their adventures.
The series itself follows the vibrant, chaotic lives of Shikha and Anahita, played by Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty, two spirited best friends who set out to launch their own alcohol start-up. Their mission? To carve a niche in the male-dominated craft beer industry with style, ambition, and plenty of jugaad. As they bend rules, defy norms, and navigate eccentric encounters, the duo’s journey promises to be equal parts hilarious and heartwarming.

Do You Wanna Partner is produced under Dharmatic Entertainment, with Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, and Apoorva Mehta backing the project, alongside executive producers Somen Mishra and Archit Kumar. The series is directed by Collin D’Cunha and Kumar, written by Nandini Gupta, Aarsh Vora, and Mithun Gangopadhyay, and created by Mithun Gangopadhyay and Nishant Nayak.
Joining Bhatia and Penty in the ensemble cast are Jaaved Jaaferi, Nakuul Mehta, Shweta Tiwari, Neeraj Kabi, Sufi Motiwala, and Rannvijay Singha, promising an eclectic mix of characters and performances.
