Alia Bhatt revealed how they are parenting their daughter amidst a busy shooting schedule
Alia and Ranbir’s shooting schedule is extremely busy. The real-life couple has to shoot for some emotionally intense scenes, including some intense night shoots at Film City in Mumbai. Amid an extremely busy schedule, Alia revealed how they are managing parenthood in an interview with Grazia. Talking about co-parenting her daughter, Raha, with Ranbir, Alia said:
“It sounds cheesy, but there are no cons to this – only pros. We’ve shot most of the film at night, so we’re usually with her during the day. There are days he’s shooting, days I am. We’re not always on set together.”
Further, in the interview, Alia revealed that her daughter, Raha, often accompanies her on he sets and enjoys her time. She also added that she has an extremely busy schedule with classes, playdates, grandparents and other activities. She accepted that it takes a village to raise a child. She said:
“She’s got a very busy life herself with classes, playdates, grandparents, and activities. It does take a village, in a sense, and I feel very grateful for all my loved ones and the privilege that I have with this support system.”

Alia’s wish to have more babies
For those who don’t know, Alia, in an interview with IMDB’s Icons Only, was questioned about her future plans. She clearly stated that she wants to have more babies. She also expressed how she wanted to be part of more movies, not just as an actor but also as a producer. Further, Alia expressed her wish for more travel and to live a quiet life in the midst of nature. She was quoted as saying:
“Hopefully many more movies, not just as an actor but hopefully also as a producer. More babies, lots of travel, and just a healthy, happy, simple, quiet, peaceful, full-of-nature life.”
Alia Bhatt also appeared on Jay Shetty’s podcast, and gave a hint that her second baby’s name has already been fixed. She said that when she was pregnant with her first child, she had sorted out the names of both boys and girls with her husband, Ranbir. And they asked their families to contribute more name ideas, so that’s how they were prepared.
Alia further added that they have a boy’s name and a girl’s name saved, which matches their first daughter, Raha’s name. Not only this, her mother-in-law even suggested another girl name. So, they are sorted by their second baby’s name.
