Actor and content creator Dhanashree Verma recently shared an interesting anecdote from her early career. In filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan’s latest YouTube vlog, she revealed that before stepping into the limelight as a dancer and entertainer, she worked as a dentist and had once treated Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor.

In the vlog, Farah Khan paid a visit to Dhanashree’s Mumbai residence along with her cook Dilip. The video captured lighthearted moments as the two bonded over food, life changes, and career journeys. During the conversation, Dhanashree opened up about her time in the medical field before she decided to switch to entertainment.
Sharing her experience, she recalled, “I practiced for three years, there was one clinic in Bandra and Lokhandwala. All these TV people used to come, I have treated Ranbir Kapoor also once.”
Farah, amused by the revelation, couldn’t help but tease her. She asked, “You looked inside his mouth? How was it? Was it different?” To which Dhanashree laughed and replied, “That was my job. It was quite healthy, good hygiene.”
The candid exchange quickly became the highlight of the vlog, giving fans a rare insight into Dhanashree’s lesser-known past and Ranbir Kapoor’s commendable dental hygiene.
The vlog also touched upon other aspects of Dhanashree’s life. She spoke about her time as a contestant on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, showcased her grandmother’s artwork, and reflected on how she is navigating life after her divorce from cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal.
On the work front, Dhanashree is gearing up for her next appearance in Ashneer Grover’s upcoming reality show Rise & Fall, which is set to premiere on Amazon MX Player. With her transition from dentistry to dance, and now reality television, she continues to reinvent herself in different creative spaces.
