Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor’s latest release, ‘Param Sundari’ has been receiving rave reviews from fans. After witnessing a great opening, the film has recorded a steady growth in collections over its first weekend.

After a good start with Rs 7.25 crore on the first day, the film earned Rs 10.25 crore on the third day (Sunday), bringing the total to Rs 26.75 as per Sacknilk.

The upward trend gives the film a solid boost as it enters its first weekday run.

On Sunday, 31 August 2025, ‘Param Sundari’ registered an overall Hindi occupancy of 20.71 per cent. The film started off with 10.56 per cent in the morning shows, gained momentum in the afternoon at 24.17 per cent, and peaked in the evening with 29.71 per cent. The night shows wrapped at 18.39 per cent, marking a steady run at the box office through the day.

‘Param Sundari’ narrates the story of two lead characters who hail from Delhi and Kerala, respectively. While Sidharth played a Punjabi boy, Janhvi played the role of a half-Malayali and half-Tamilian.

Other than the lead, the film also stars Rajeev Khandelwal and Aakash Dahiya in pivotal roles. The soundtrack, specifically the song ‘Pardesiya’, garnered a lot of acclaim even before its release.

Directed by Tushar Jalota, ‘Param Sundari’ was produced by Dinesh Vijan and released on August 29, 2025.
