Actor Shahid Kapoor announced the wrap-up of his upcoming film with filmmaker Vishal Bharadwaj on Sunday. He shared behind-the-scenes photos from the sets to share the update on social media. The actor also shared that their “secretly titled” film will be announced soon.

In the caption, Shahid expressed that excitement levels are off the charts for his 4th collaboration with Bharadwaj. He wrote, “Excitement levels are off the charts. Our secretly titled soon-to-be-announced film is done. As always, it’s a new world and a madly different character for me to play. A titular part from him for the third time. I am one of the ‘Kaminey’. I am ‘Haider’, and now I am (sic).”

The film would also feature actors Triptii Dimri, Nana Patekar, Farida Jalal, and Avinash Tiwary. Shahid expressed, “Tripti Dimri, whom I had a total blast with. Watch out for her act in this one. Nana Patekar, thank you for those oh-so-layered scenes we got together. Farida Jalal ji, thank you for your warmth and grace. Avinash Tiwary, thank you for your playlist on that drive can’t reveal much more here, brother. (sic)”

The actor further shared that the movie would have two songs featuring actor Disha Patani. “You and I killed the 2 songs, and I can’t wait to collaborate again. You are so much fun,(sic)” he stated.

Interestingly, Shahid also hinted at a secret celebrity appearance. He said, “And there’s one more actor, one of my favourites, who can’t really be revealed, but it is such a pleasure to have him with us on this one. (sic)”

Lastly, he thanked Nadiadwala Grandons for bringing everyone together and called the film ‘super special.”

Shahid was last seen in the 2025 action thriller ‘Deva’.
