The session took place on Wednesday and was held under the patronage of Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz — Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah.Organized jointly by the Principality of Makkah Region and the Hajj Projects Management Office under the Pilgrim Experience Program — a key component of Saudi Vision 2030 — the meeting signals the beginning of strategic planning for the 2026 pilgrimage.The initiative follows the Kingdom’s long-standing practice of initiating preparations immediately after the conclusion of the previous Hajj season.
