In 2023, Playboi Carti announced the Antagonist Tour, which was initially set to take place in the summer and autumn of that year. He subsequently pushed the tour into 2024, and then he postponed it indefinitely. Now, Playboi Carti has once again announced the Antagonist Tour. The tour’s newest incarnation finds the rapper performing in many of the venues he had promised to play years ago—such as Boston’s TD Garden, Pittsburgh’s PPG Paints Arena, and Denver’s Ball Arena. Playboi Carti has performed live regularly in recent years, but he’s not gone on a headlining arena tour since 2021. The new Antagonist Tour features support from Carti’s Opium signees Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely, and Homixide Gang, along with the artist Apollo Red.
