NEW DELHI: The government on Friday clarified that no order has been issued to lift the ban on TikTok, news agency ANI reported, quoting sources. “The Government of India has not issued any unblocking order for TikTok. No shopping is allowed through AliExpress, which is a subsidiary of online shopping major Alibaba.com.TikTok, Ali Express, along with 58 other Chinese apps, were banned in India in June 2020 citing concerns over data security and privacy.
