After Aamir Khan’s brother, Faissal Khan, announced breaking all his ties with his family, he hosted a shocking press conference. Faissal went on to expose his family, and didn’t even spare his superstar brother, and his image for getting maligned. He went on to claim that his brother, Aamir, had an affair when he was still married, and also had a child out of wedlock.

It is said that there is no smoke without fire. Recently, Aamir’s brother Faissal hosted a press conference. He went on to reveal the reason for breaking ties with his family. Faissal stated that there was a lot of pressure on him to get married from his family. But he didn’t want to let them decide his future, so he wrote a letter to them. In the letter, he explained to each family member about their own life problems.
Talking about how he told his other family members about their shortcomings and failed relationships, Faisal also slammed Aamir and went on to reveal his affair while he was married to Reena. He stated that Aamir was having an affair with American journalist, Jessica Hines, and they also has a child out of wedlock. He said:
“Aamir ka shadi hua tha, divorce ho gaya Reena ke saath… Aur fir uska relation tha Jessica Hines ke sath, jiska, unke illegal bachcha bhi hai, out of wedlock.”
Faissal didn’t stop here and he went on to claim that in those days, Aamir was living-in with his second wife, Kiran Rao, whom he divorced in 2022. Faissal added that he had told his family not to give him any advice and not to force him into marrying his aunt. He stated in anger, he even used foul language, which further angered his family, as no one likes to hear the truth. Soon, the family started calling him mad. He called it an outcome of family politics.
Faissal Khan confirms breaking all his ties with his family
Recently, in an Instagram post, Faissal Khan announced breaking all his ties from his family. He went on to reveal that he has severed all ties with his family. Faissal called it an essential step in his healing journey. He wrote:
“With a heavy heart yet renewed courage, I wish to share that I have severed all family ties, as declared through a public notice. This step, though difficult, is essential for my healing and growth. Life now enters a new chapter of freedom, dignity, and self-discovery — one that I embrace with positivity, truth, and strength.”
Aamir Khan’s family released a public statement on Faissal’s hurtful remark
Earlier, Aamir Khan’s family issued a public statement and expressed distress over his ‘hurtful and misleading’ remarks. They shared that Faissal’s hurtful and misleading portrayal of his mother, Zeenat Tahir Husain, his sister, Nikhat Hegde, and his brother, Aamir Khan in the public. The statement can be read as:
“We are distressed by Faissal’s hurtful and misleading portrayal of his mother Zeenat Tahir Husain, his sister Nikhat Hegde, and his brother Aamir. As this is not the first time he has misrepresented these events, we feel it necessary to clarify our intentions and reaffirm our solidarity as a family.”
They even went on to declare him mad and seeking medical professionals’ help in his well-being. The statement was concluded by mentioning his mental state, and they wrote:
“It is important to share that every choice regarding Faissal has been taken collectively as a family, in consultation with multiple medical professionals, and has been based on love, compassion, and a desire to support his emotional and psychological well-being. For this reason, we have refrained from publicly discussing the details of a painful and difficult period for our family.”
