Automobili Lamborghini has taken the wraps off its latest few-off creation, the Fenomeno, a hypercar limited to just 29 units worldwide. Unveiled at Monterey Car Week 2025, the Fenomeno represents the most powerful Lamborghini ever built, combining heritage, exclusivity, and groundbreaking technology.

    Powertrain

At the heart of the Fenomeno is a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12, delivering 835 CV at 9,250rpm, paired with three electric motors. Together, the hybrid powertrain produces a staggering 1,080bhp, unmatched in Lamborghini’s history and 65bhp more, compared to the Revuelto. The car rockets from 0–100kmph in just 2.4 seconds and 0–200kmph in 6.7 seconds, before topping 350kmph. With a weight-to-power ratio of just 1.64kg/CV, it sets a new benchmark for Sant’Agata’s raging bulls.

The V12 is paired with three electric motors: two oil-cooled axial units on the front axle, and one radial motor integrated into a new eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. The 7kWh lithium-ion battery sits in the central tunnel, enabling zero-emission four-wheel drive in certain modes.

The gearbox, mounted transversely, keeps weight low and allows ultra-fast shifts, with features such as continuous downshift for track driving precision.

    Design

Styled by Lamborghini Centro Stile, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, the Fenomeno is described as a “design manifesto.” It adopts a futuristic longtail silhouette, clean puristic lines, and extensive use of carbon fiber, blending elegance with aerodynamics. The front features racing-inspired air intakes, a new Y-shaped DRL signature, and debuts Lamborghini’s new logo.

The side profile is defined by a single flowing line, while the rear showcases a vertical reinterpretation of the brand’s iconic Y-shaped lights, flanking a dramatic carbon-fiber diffuser and hexagonal exhaust. Launch colour Giallo Crius emphasises the muscular proportions.

    Aerodynamics and chassis

Fenomeno’s aero package includes an S-Duct system, air curtains, concave roof channeling, and a mobile ‘omega-shaped’ rear wing. These features, along with 30 per cent more efficient side cooling, ensure maximum downforce and stability at speed.

Underpinning the car is Lamborghini’s monofuselage chassis, a lightweight carbon-fiber structure with a forged composite front section. Race-derived single-nut forged rims (21-inch front, 22-inch rear) are wrapped in custom Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres, also available in semi-slick track-ready versions.

    Race-grade performance hardware

Braking is handled by the new CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic system, derived from Lamborghini’s LMDh race cars. Suspension uses adjustable racing shocks for track tuning, while dynamics are managed by a 6D sensor feeding real-time data to Lamborghini’s Integrated Vehicle Estimator (IVE). This system optimizes braking, torque vectoring, and stability in all conditions.

    Interior and customisation

Inside, the Fenomeno embraces Lamborghini’s “Feel like a pilot” philosophy. The minimalist cockpit features three digital displays, carbon-fiber bucket seats, 3D-printed air vents, and ambient lighting that accentuates its spaceship-like vibe.

Through the Ad Personam program, customers can tailor their Fenomeno with over 400 exterior paints and near-limitless interior combinations, ensuring each of the 29 cars remains unique.

The Fenomeno continues Lamborghini’s tradition of few-offs such as the Reventón (2007), Sesto Elemento (2010), Veneno (2013), Centenario (2016), Sin (2019) and Countach LPI 800-4 (2021). Its name comes from a celebrated bull in Mexico in 2002, symbolizing bravery and uniqueness.
